What to Expect When You Book

  1. A reply the same business day. Someone from the crew, not a call centre.
  2. A free on-site quote, with no obligation. We come out, look at the lawn, the access and the ground, and price it properly. Nobody can quote a lawn accurately without seeing it.
  3. A written quote you can actually read. Prep, sod and disposal are broken out separately, so you can see what each part costs and compare it fairly against anyone else’s number.
  4. An install window confirmed before we arrive. Most residential front or back lawns are a single-visit job once the old grass is off. Larger properties or heavy grading can run to a second day, and we tell you that up front rather than on the day.
  5. A watering and mowing schedule when we finish. The first two weeks decide whether new sod roots or not, so you get it in writing instead of a shrug.

Do you have access to your backyard? It must be 36” or greater all the way from the front to the back of the property (please attach a photo of the backyard entrance)

To get an accurate number first time, include your address, a rough lawn size, whether it is the front, the back or both, and a couple of photos of the area and the side gate. Access is the single thing that changes a quote most.
