Most lawns done in a single visit
Most residential front or back lawns come out, get graded and go back down as fresh sod in one visit. Larger properties or heavy grading can run into a second day, and we tell you which yours is when we quote rather than on the day.
Fresh-cut sod, laid the day it is harvested
Our sod comes from Ontario growers and goes down the same day it comes off the farm. Sod that has been sitting on a pallet in the sun for two days heats up in the roll and never fully recovers, which is the reason a lot of new lawns go patchy in week three.
Prep is included, not an upsell
Removing the old lawn, grading the base and adding screened topsoil are part of the job, not extras that appear on the invoice later. That is also the part cheap quotes quietly leave out, so when you compare numbers, compare what depth of topsoil each one includes.
